Starting Your Loopcv Journey

When you visit https://loopcv.pro, the first step is to create your account. You’ll find the Sign Up button right at the top right corner. It’s clear and easy to spot because we know you want to get going fast.

We offer three ways to register:

• Email & Password: Classic and reliable. Just enter your name, email, and a strong password (think letters, numbers, symbols).
• Google Integration: One click if you’re already signed into Google. Saves you time filling out info.
• LinkedIn Connection: Pulls your professional data automatically, which means less manual input and quicker setup.

After sign-up, don’t forget to verify your email. It might take a few minutes, but that step unlocks access to the platform.

Logging In and Security Tips

Once your account is verified, logging in is straightforward. Head to the homepage, click Log In, and enter your credentials.

If you used Google or LinkedIn to sign up, you’ll be prompted to authorize again when logging in. Our platform locks your account for 15 minutes after five wrong password attempts, keeping your info safe.

If you forget your password, just click the Forgot Password link to reset it via email. If you’ve got two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll get a code sent to your phone for extra protection.

Setting Up Your Job Search Loop

Here’s where the real magic begins. After logging in, look for the Create new loop button on your dashboard. This is your gateway to automating job applications through our Job Locations Hub.

Configuring Your Search Info

You’ll fill in details like:

• Job title: Be specific, for example “Marketing Manager” instead of just “Manager.”
• Location: Add cities, regions, or select remote options.
• Experience level: Junior, mid-level, senior, whatever fits you.
• Job type: Full-time, part-time, contract, etc.

Don’t forget to upload your CV here. It’s essential for our AI to parse and match you with relevant openings.

Email Template Setup

This is where you decide how your applications look. Choose one of our pre-built templates or create your own. Send yourself a test email to make sure it’s just right. Your CV will automatically attach to each application.
